# A photo or reading seems stuck syncing

> Nothing is lost while you wait: queued items upload in creation order once a connection returns.

Check the job's **Offline Data** screen for its last successful sync time, confirm you have a connection, and select **Sync now**. Items queue in the order they were created and will upload once you're back online — nothing is lost while you're offline.
