# Adding and managing contacts

> Store owners, adjusters, and vendors with phone, email, and relationship, with duplicate suggestions as you type.

Under **Contacts**, add anyone your team deals with — property owners, insurance adjusters, property managers, vendors — with name, email, phone, relationship, website, and notes. As you type, TrueRestore suggests similar existing contacts so you don't create accidental duplicates.
