# Asking Ripple about a job

> Question all your jobs from the Jobs list, or just one job from inside it, with answers synced across devices.

Select the AI icon from the Jobs list to ask across all your jobs, or the **Talk to this job** star icon inside a specific job to ask questions grounded in just that job's data. Conversations sync between web and mobile within seconds, so you can start a question in the office and pick it back up in the field.
