# Auditing and reconciling T&M entries

> Check labor, equipment, and material rows priced from your schedule, then mark each one reviewed.

Office staff review submitted T\&M forms under a job's **Time & Materials** section, where entries are broken out into Labor, Equipment, and Materials rows. Labor time is calculated precisely from clock-in/clock-out times rather than rounded into fixed blocks, so what you're reviewing reflects actual logged hours. Each row is priced automatically from your Time & Materials schedule's sell price — mark a row reviewed once you've checked it against the field submission it came from.
