# Building a Summary of Loss report

> The full carrier or customer package, pulling photos, readings, equipment use, and a damage narrative together.

Summary of Loss is the most complete report TrueRestore can generate — a full narrative package suitable for a customer or insurance carrier, built from everything documented on the job:

* A cover and summary table, plus a damage description you can write yourself or have AI draft from the job's activity (review and edit before it goes out)
* The elevation/exterior photo and general company information
* Per-location sections — photos with captions, moisture and atmospheric readings, equipment usage, notes, scope sheets, videos, and 360° captures
* Project-wide atmospheric reading graphs showing drying progress over time
* Floor plans, either as one combined master plan or broken out per location
* An automatically generated table of contents

Work through the report wizard to choose which locations and sections to include before generating — it's built from a template, but what goes into it is yours to control.
