# Buying estimate credits

> Prepay for ESX requests in packs of 5, 10, or 20 from the Store, with no expiration on the balance.

From **Settings → Store**, purchase a credit pack (5, 10, or 20 credits) to prepay for Xactimate (ESX) estimate requests. Credits don't expire, and your balance and usage history are always visible on the **Settings → Billing** page.
