# Filling out a form

> Start from the Forms tab or a feed quick link, and save unfinished answers as a draft if you back out.

Every job has a **Forms** tab. Select **Fill Out Form** — also available as a quick link right on the activity feed — to pick from every form your company has, then complete it. Submitting creates a record of the response and also posts it to the job's activity feed, so anyone following the job sees it land in real time.

On mobile, the Forms tab lists your company's published forms; tap one to open it. If you back out with unsaved answers, TrueRestore offers to save your progress as a draft so you don't have to start over.

  Forms are included on select plans — if you don't see the Forms tab or the option is locked, ask your admin to check your plan or invite additional team members to unlock it.
