# Finding and filtering jobs

> Search by code, number, or address, and sort by date of loss, value, recent activity, or assigned team member.

The Jobs list is your home base. On web, switch between **Grid** and **List** views, and narrow results with:

* **Search** — matches job code, customer job number, or address.
* **Status** and **Job type** filters (multi-select).
* **My Jobs only** — shows just the jobs you're assigned to.
* **Sort** — well beyond newest/oldest: job code, date of loss, date first visited, end date, estimated value, most/least recent post, and each of your team roles (lead, technician, admin) by name, ascending or descending.

Grid and List aren't just a layout choice — they surface different information:

| View | Shows |
| ---- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Grid | Cover photo, job code, job/damage type, status badge, ESX estimate/sketch order badges, lead name, contact, address |
| List | Job code, Project Lead/Lead Tech/Admin (each linking to their profile), status badge, work type, address, client contact, and last post time — no photo or damage type |

Mobile's Job List gives a similar at-a-glance card view, optimized for quickly finding today's jobs in the field.
