# Fixing a floor plan that needs a retake

> Redraw, re-scan, or upload a replacement onto the same plan so existing moisture points stay in place.

If a floor plan's drawing data can't be displayed, TrueRestore shows a **Needs Retake** placeholder instead of a broken map. From there you can redraw the walls, re-scan the room with LiDAR, or upload a replacement photo — whichever you choose writes onto the same plan, so any moisture points and readings you already logged stay right where they are. Web shows the same "Needs retake" indicator (read-only) if it comes up while you're reviewing a job from the office.
