# I don't see the option to scan with LiDAR

> Devices without the sensor get photo upload and hand-drawn walls instead, which work on any phone.

LiDAR scanning requires an iPhone Pro model with a LiDAR sensor. On other devices, TrueRestore automatically offers **Add Map from Photo** or manual wall-drawing instead — see [Uploading or hand-drawing a floor plan](/articles/uploading-or-hand-drawing-a-floor-plan), which works on any phone.
