# Sending, signing, and tracking a proposal

> A secure no-login link where the customer accepts or rejects, capturing a signature and timestamped PDF.

Proposals move through **Draft → Sent → Accepted/Rejected**, shown as a colored status tag on the job's proposals table and in your company-wide proposals list. Sending generates a secure link — no login required — where the customer reviews the proposal and either signs it on a signature pad or rejects it.

Acceptance captures the signer's name, a timestamp, and their drawn signature, producing a signed PDF automatically. There's no counter-offer step — the customer can only accept or reject as presented, so any back-and-forth on pricing happens before you send it. You'll see the status update the moment they respond.
