# The team leaderboard

> Ranks people by how much they document over 7, 30, or 90 days, not by profitability or work quality.

The **Leaderboard** tab ranks your team by documentation output — total posts, active jobs, today's activity, and average posts per day over a 7-, 30-, or 90-day window you choose. Sort by any column, filter by role, or search for a specific person; select someone to see their own activity breakdown.

This measures how much a person is documenting — photos, notes, readings, forms, and the like — not job profitability, completion speed, or quality of work. Use it to spot who's actively keeping jobs up to date and who might need a nudge, not as a performance-review metric on its own.
