# Tracking job activity

> Performance Hub shows Project Leads and Admins which jobs are being posted to and which have gone quiet.

**Performance Hub**, in the web sidebar, is visible only to Project Leads and Admins. Its **Activity** tab lists every job with its status, when it was last posted to, how many posts came in today, who's participating, and a 7-day trend strip showing documentation volume at a glance. Hover a job's totals for a full breakdown — photos, 360° captures, locations, documents, floor plans, equipment entries, forms, videos, and work notes, all counted since the job started.

Filter by status, job type, or "my jobs only," search by name, and select any row to open a detail view without leaving the page. It's built to answer one question fast: which jobs have gone quiet and need a check-in?
