# Turning T&M into an invoice

> Export reviewed entries to PDF or CSV, or raise an invoice that moves through its own approval flow.

Once entries are reviewed, export the reconciled Time & Materials data to PDF or CSV, or generate it directly as an invoice — closing the loop from field capture straight through to billing. An invoice is a fully tracked document on the job with its own status, moving through the same **Draft → Pending Approval → Approved → Sent** flow as change orders, so you always know where each one stands.
