# What to send Support about a mobile issue

> The details that let Support diagnose a mobile problem without back-and-forth.

**Who it's for:**TechnicianProject LeadAdmin

**Available on:**Mobile

To reach Support from the app, tap the gear icon in the bottom bar and select **Contact Support**. Including these details in your first message gets you an answer faster.

| Detail | Where to find it |
| - | - |
| **Device model** | For example iPhone 15 Pro, iPad (10th generation), or Samsung Galaxy S23 |
| **Operating system version** | iPhone and iPad: **Settings → General → About**. Android: **Settings → About phone** |
| **TrueRestore version and build** | The line at the bottom of the gear-icon screen, including the number in brackets |
| **Job number** and the room or location | From the job screen |
| **What you were doing** | For example "taking photos in the Kitchen" or "opening a moisture map" |
| **Online or offline** | Wi-Fi, mobile data, or no signal |
| **How often** | Once, or every time |
| **Screenshot or screen recording** | Of the message or what happened |

For upload or sync problems, also say what the **Offline Data** screen shows and roughly when you captured the item. If Support asks for a diagnostic report, select **Send Diagnostic** on the same gear-icon screen.

Please don't log out or reinstall before Support has had a look — see [Before you log out, reinstall, or change devices](https://help.truerestore.ai/articles/before-you-log-out-reinstall-or-change-devices.md).
