# Working through location tasks

> Read the red, blue, and green progress colors on the grid, and see what each room's checklist asks for.

The Locations grid shows a progress bar and a color for each room — red for not started, blue for in progress, green for complete. Open a location to see its checklist, which typically includes:

* Capturing 4 location photos for the day
* Creating or updating the location map
* Adding work notes
* Logging the scope sheet
* Logging atmospheric readings and updating material moisture readings (once the location has a floor plan)
* 360° photos and equipment tracking, if your company uses those features

Each task shows who last completed it and when, plus a small cloud icon while it's saved locally but still syncing. A floating **+** button lets you jump straight into capturing a photo or post from anywhere in Copilot — and the whole flow works offline.

The checklist isn't hand-picked per damage type — it's simply built from whichever features your company has turned on and what already exists on that location (water-related tasks like moisture readings only appear once a floor plan/moisture map exists there). The daily photo target of 4 is a soft goal, not a gate: falling short just leaves that task showing as incomplete — it never blocks you from moving on or closing out your day.
