  1. Ricoh Theta — turn the camera on and connect your phone to its Wi-Fi network, open a location’s Captures 360 screen (which shows live connection status and walks you through reconnecting if it drops), then trigger the shot remotely from your phone.
  2. Insta360 — pair your camera from the Insta360 Connection screen, then shoot and trigger from the same Captures 360 flow.
Either way, the image pulls onto your device and uploads automatically. Captures are grouped into sessions per location and open in an immersive viewer, so anyone reviewing the job can look around the room as if standing in it.
