The job code on screen doesn't match my own reference number
An admin can switch the display to your customer reference number instead of the internal code.
By default, TrueRestore shows its own internal job code. If your team prefers to see your customer/reference number instead, ask an admin to turn on Display associated job code under Settings — see Job codes and preferred job codes.
