Every job has a chronological feed of everything documented on it — photos, moisture and atmospheric readings, floor plan updates, work notes, documents, and forms. It’s the fastest way to see a job’s full history in order, and it’s fully readable offline. Filter the feed by type or by location to find something specific.
Something worth surfacing above the noise? Pin it from the post’s menu to keep it at the top of the feed instead of it scrolling out of view as new activity comes in — unpin it the same way once it’s no longer the priority.
Searching the feed on web
Feed search on web needs at least three characters, counted after leading and trailing spaces are ignored. Type one or two characters — or only spaces — and the feed stays unfiltered, showing everything as it did before you started typing. There’s no on-screen notice when this happens, so if the feed doesn’t look filtered, check that you’ve typed enough characters.
Results arrive a short moment after you stop typing, roughly half a second, rather than on every keystroke. Keep typing and the feed waits until you pause.
If a search can’t be completed, the feed area is replaced by Something went wrong — “We couldn’t complete this search — nothing has been lost, please try again” — with a Try Again button. Nothing in the job has been affected; only the search failed. Try Again reruns the same search.
A long or broad search on a job with a lot of activity can take too long and fail this way. Try a longer, more specific term, or use the type and location filters to narrow the feed first.
You’ll only see No posts found with this search when the search actually finished and nothing matched.
The feed refreshes itself in the background every two minutes. That automatic refresh pauses after a failed search and starts again once Try Again succeeds.
Feed search on mobile works the same as it always has.
