Under Settings → General, set your company name, logo, phone, email, mailing address, and website — this information appears on customer-facing reports. Admins manage their own name, phone, address, and password under Settings → My account. Everyone else edits their personal profile from the Profile tab in the mobile app — the whole Settings area on web is Admin-only.
