Under Settings → Forms on web — an Admin-only area — your company’s forms are split into two lists:
  • Custom Forms — built by your team in the self-service builder (see Creating and managing custom forms), fully editable.
  • Static Forms — built-in, non-editable forms. Every new account starts with a default Daily Job Log form ready to use, and our team can add other common templates for you — safety checklists, water-damage assessments, contents/inventory logs — on request.
Both lists show up together wherever you choose a form to fill out — the split only matters for who can edit the template.
