Open any job to see its full record. On web, a sidebar summarizes client, damage, insurance/claim, schedule, property, notes, participants, locations, an AI-generated job summary, and a scope sheet completion summary — with the activity feed as the main panel. On mobile, the same information is organized into dedicated tabs: Home/Feed, Job Details, Media, Documents, Forms, Proposals, Scope Notes, and Participants. To make changes, use Edit Job, which is broken into the same sections as job creation — Client Info, Damage, Insurance, Notes, Schedule, Status, and Team — so you only touch what needs to change.
The AI Job Summary writes a plain-language recap of the job from everything documented on it, with small numbered citations you can click to jump straight to the exact note, reading, or form answer it came from. It needs a job to have a reasonable amount of documentation before it can generate for the first time, and needs a meaningful amount of new activity since the last summary before you can regenerate it — so don’t expect one on a job that was just created.
