- Each job has a single public link — there’s no way to hand out several links with different permissions, so edit that one link’s toggles in place as who you’re sharing with changes.
- The link never expires on its own; it stays live until you turn it off from the job, and you can turn it back on later without generating a new one.
- A separate, narrower sketcher link is created automatically when you request an ESX or floor-plan sketching service — it’s scoped just to the floor-plan data that service needs, and is independent of your customer-facing share link.
Jobs
Team, participants, and sharing a job externally
Add teammates as Participants, and give an adjuster a public link that exposes only what you choose.
Beyond the required Project Lead, add any teammate who needs visibility into the job as a Participant from the Team tab — what they can do once added is governed by their role.
To share job information with someone outside your company — an adjuster or property manager, for example — generate a public link from the job. You choose exactly what it exposes: activity feed posts, 360° photos, locations, forms, documents, and/or estimate data. No login is required on the recipient’s end.
