Every job has a Forms tab. Select Fill Out Form — also available as a quick link right on the activity feed — to pick from every form your company has, then complete it. Submitting creates a record of the response and also posts it to the job’s activity feed, so anyone following the job sees it land in real time.
On mobile, the job’s Forms tab lists the forms already filled out on that job, under Drafts and Published. Tap a draft to keep working on it, or tap a published form to see it and its comments. To start a new one, tap + and choose a form. If you back out with unsaved answers, TrueRestore offers to save your progress as a draft so you don’t have to start over.
A job’s Forms tab only appears once your company has at least one form available. If you don’t see it, ask an admin to publish a custom form or request a static one.
