If the same piece of data is edited both on your device while offline and by someone else, TrueRestore resolves it automatically by keeping whichever edit reaches the server with the newer timestamp and discarding the other — there’s no manual merge step to complete. For example: two teammates each edit the same moisture reading’s caption while both offline. Whoever’s phone reconnects and syncs first “wins” for that moment; when the second phone reconnects, its edit is compared by timestamp and — if it looks older to the server at that point — quietly dropped in favor of the first. Neither person is notified when this happens, so the practical guidance is: avoid having two people edit the exact same field on the exact same item while both offline. Editing different fields, or different items entirely, is always safe and never conflicts.
