Your company’s Schedule is a price list of line items, each with its own cost and margin percentage, set under Settings → Time & Materials. Margin is set per line item rather than as one company-wide number, so you have full control over which items carry more or less margin — review your schedule periodically if you want to shift pricing broadly. TrueRestore calculates the customer-facing sell price from those two numbers using a gross-margin formula: sell price = cost ÷ (1 − margin%). For example, a line item that costs you 80witha2080** with a **20% margin** sells for **80 ÷ 0.80 = $100.00. Set your target margin once per item, and every estimate and invoice built from it prices itself correctly from then on. Build an estimate on a job by adding items from the schedule with quantities. Change orders let you adjust the scope after the fact without touching the original numbers — a change order is its own itemized document tracked through Draft → Pending Approval → Approved → Sent, sitting alongside the original estimate rather than replacing it.
