Copilot no longer requires a separate setup step. From the job’s Home screen, open the Locations grid and tap any location card — its Copilot checklist opens immediately, ready to work through.
  • Every location on the job is always available; there’s no longer a step to mark which rooms are “affected” before you can document them.
  • To add a room that isn’t listed yet, select Add in the Locations section and name it — see Locations: rooms within a job.
  • Switch between locations without leaving the screen using the location switcher at the top of Copilot.
Capturing the property’s elevation (exterior) photo now lives on the job’s General Tasks screen, separate from Copilot — see Elevation (exterior) photos. It’s no longer a required first step before you can start on a location.
