Before assuming it’s a connection problem, check your device’s free storage — Android’s local cache for the sync queue is capped and can fill up on phones running low on space, which stalls downloads in a way that looks identical to a bad connection. Clear up some space on the device, reopen the job, and let it resync; it’ll pick back up automatically.
