Add a caption to any photo so it’s clear what it shows without opening it. Each capture batch holds up to 20 photos — you’ll get a heads-up if you hit that limit — and once a photo’s uploaded, deleting it is limited to Project Leads and Admins, so a Technician can add photos freely but won’t be able to remove one by mistake.
An admin can turn on auto-save photos to camera roll in Settings — this is a company-wide setting, not a personal one, so switching it on applies to everyone’s device, not just yours.
