Purchase a credit pack (5, 10, or 20 credits) to prepay for Xactimate (ESX) estimate requests. On web that’s Settings → Store, which — like the rest of Settings — only an Admin can open. On mobile the Store is on your Profile tab and is open to everyone, so a technician or project lead can top up from the field. Credits don’t expire; your balance and full purchase history live on the web Settings → Billing page (Admins), and the current balance also shows at the top of the mobile Store.
