From a location, open its scope sheet — each category shows as a card. Tap a card to open its questions in a bottom sheet: toggle yes/no items, pick from dropdowns, and enter a quantity with a unit. Some categories, like flooring, support repeating entries so you can log multiple flooring types and amounts within one room.
A repeating group isn’t something you add rows to by hand — it’s generated automatically from an earlier answer. For example, if you multi-select Carpet and Tile under “Flooring Type,” the “How much was removed?” question automatically gives you one row for Carpet and one for Tile, ready for you to fill in an amount for each.
Scope sheets save locally and sync automatically, so you can complete them without signal and trust they’ll upload once you’re back online. Sync happens per question, not per sheet — so if you and a teammate are editing different questions on the same location’s scope sheet at the same time, neither of you overwrites the other. Only two edits to the exact same question at the exact same moment would need to pick a winner, and that’s decided by timestamp.
