A single status bar on the job combines download state (“Available offline,” “Update available,” “Downloading… 62%”) with upload state (“3 items to upload,” “Syncing…”). For more detail, open Offline Data from the job to see the last successful sync time and trigger a manual Sync now. A photo or video that hasn’t downloaded yet shows a clear placeholder icon rather than a blank tile, so you always know what you’re missing versus what’s just loading.
