Uploads and downloads show in two different places on the job’s home screen.
The Sync button at the top right shows uploads. A plain cloud means everything from this job has uploaded. A blue count is the number of items still waiting to upload, and a green check appears when the last one goes up. Red means something couldn’t sync. A grey, crossed-out cloud means the device has no connection: the count is work waiting safely on the phone, and it uploads on its own when you reconnect.
Tap the Sync button to see what’s waiting and when the job last synced, and to select Sync now. If something couldn’t sync, select Review to report it to Support or dismiss it on the Offline data screen. The same screen is under Offline Data when you tap the gear icon in the bottom bar, and shows All data synced once everything on the phone has uploaded.
Downloads show on the bottom row of the job card at the top of the screen. See Saving a job for offline use for what each state means.
A photo or video that hasn’t downloaded yet shows a clear placeholder icon rather than a blank tile, so you always know what you’re missing versus what’s just loading.
