First check which app you’re in: on web, New Job is only available to Project Leads and Admins. If you’re a Technician whose admin granted you job creation, create the job from the mobile app instead.
If you normally can create jobs and suddenly can’t, it usually means your company’s subscription payment is past due. Ask an admin to check Settings → Billing and update the payment method — job creation re-enables as soon as the payment goes through. See If a payment fails.
