An admin can also grant a Technician permission to create jobs directly, without needing a Project Lead to do it for them.
An External User is worth calling out on its own: unlike a public share link (see Team, participants, and sharing a job externally), it’s a genuine account with its own email and password, just scoped down to the specific jobs it’s added to as a participant — a good fit for an adjuster or property manager you want to give ongoing, logged-in access without a public link.
