Flooring gets its own dedicated mitigation and reconstruction sections — flooring type, floor protection, HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial application, subfloor type and removal, additional layers removed, and replacement quantities — for the detail flooring work typically needs. Scope sheets also connect directly to your floor plans: the Containment section’s “Chamber Size” question has an Import from map option that pulls the square footage straight from the location’s existing floor plan instead of you having to retype or re-measure it. At the job level, a Scope Sheet summary rolls up completion across every location and template so a project lead can see at a glance what’s been documented and what’s still outstanding, without opening each room individually.
