Linking contacts and companies to jobs
Attach the customer, carrier, adjuster, or vendor so everyone working the job can see who is involved.
Attach any contact or company to a job from the job’s Contacts/Companies tab so everyone working the job can see who’s involved — the customer, their insurance carrier, an adjuster, or a vendor. A contact can also be linked to a company as an employee, with one flagged as the primary point of contact.
