An elevation photo is the single cover shot of the property’s exterior, used to identify the job at a glance on cards and reports. It lives at the job level — not inside a specific location or Copilot — on the job’s General Tasks screen.
  1. Open the job and go to General Tasks.
  2. Select the elevation photo card.
  3. Take the photo — it saves straight to the job, offline included.
You can capture or update the elevation photo at any point in the job’s timeline; it doesn’t block or gate any other documentation. From the office, the same photo can be set, replaced, or removed on web — use Add Elevation on the job’s detail screen where the photo would be, or the menu on an existing one.
